Film Night
Beavers were put into their lodges and given a camera.They had to film each other and talk about beavers.Plus they filmed an investiture and our opening and closing ceremony,They enjoyed putting this together.

Night Hike
We went for a night hike to Milton country park.Beavers brought torches and we covered them to give us a red light to visit the woods.What could we see??

The Wild Place
The Wild Place-sparklers,spooky camp night and a campfire
We had a wild night outdoors ,with sparklers,spooky fun in the graveyard and tents followed with marshmallows toasted on the fire.
we ended with fun in the dark indoors,all were told to go on hands and knees and crawl around to find glowsticks which they could then use.
Finally we had Bronze award Ceromony for some very well deserved Beavers.
Do we match?
The aim of the evening was to match 25 times -25 cards/items/beavers ect
A fun challenge which started with 25 minutes in the church to find matching card –they had to do this in silence!—-failed this miserably–no surprise.

We made 14th Cambridge Beaver Badge books and all the beavers were shownhow to work the camera and computer for instant photography .This fascinated them and it was a very succesful and enjoyable evening.The beavers followed all the instructions exactly —-I could not believe we had a hall full of beavers,the concentration level was high and this produced a silent room .UNBELIEVABLE
They each produced a photo to put on the front of their booklet and then put them into the envelopes which they had decorated ——I had some very proud beavers.

Give Flight
We had another challenge to make our rockets fly 25 metres ,a 25 minute obstacle course,and parachute games around the 25 theme

Apple Night
Following the 25 year challenge the theme for the evening was to make 25 litres of juice.
We started with some games which involved each beaver collecting 25 apples.The evening progressed with lots or cutting and chopping.The evening was very challenging but we manged to produce some wonderful juice and reached our target
